This Privacy Policy explains how Booked by DM ("Booked by DM," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit BookedByDM.com, book a call with us, message us, or receive calls, texts or emails from us.
The short version: we use your information to answer your inquiry, book and remind you about appointments, and provide our services. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone for their marketing.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, social media handle, and anything you tell us in a form, booking, message or call.
- Information from ads and social platforms: when you respond to one of our ads or message us on Instagram or Facebook, Meta may share your name, contact details and answers with us.
- Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data such as browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and follow up on your inquiry by call, text, email or direct message.
- To schedule appointments and send confirmations and reminders.
- To provide, bill for and improve our services.
- To measure how our website and ads perform.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it to send messages about your inquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as our CRM and scheduling platform, phone and text messaging carriers, email providers and payment processors. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of us or others.
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
Our clients' customers
When we manage social media inboxes for our business clients, we handle messages from their customers on our clients' behalf and under their instructions. We use that information only to provide the service to that client. We do not sell it or use it for our own marketing. If you messaged one of our clients, please contact that business about your data.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising pixels such as Meta Pixel, to understand visits and measure ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
